By ordering on our website you have agreed to our official shipping policy for Bigthemeparks.com. The purpose of this page is to inform our customers of our shipping policies.
Order Fulfillment
In-Stock physical good products that are stored in our Michigan location will be shipped within 2 business days of order. Most in-stock items will be shipped in 1 business day. In most cases, those that fall under this bracket will be labeled so in the product description. Domestic shipments should arrive in 2-7 business days from order.
Products Shipped by the Manufacturer – From time to time, we will have products stocked in our store that we will ship directly from the manufacturer. This helps us save money and offers us the ability to pass on that savings to the customers. The avg fulfillment time for these products is 2-5 business days, but depending on location and orders, can take up to 2 1/2 weeks for delivery on domestic shipments. When a prolonged shipment is expected we will disclose that in the product description.
Graphic Printed Products – Most graphic T-shirts, coffee cups, backpacks, and other graphic printed products are printed in order. When the order is made the product is set to be printed. Once the item is printed it will then be sent out to the buyer. For these products, printing time is usually 4 – 12 business days from order, then more additional time for it to arrive in the mail once shipped. During Christmas, this time may be slower due to the volume of orders. So it’s best to order before the first week in December to guarantee Christmas Delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, & DHL. Depending on the location of the items shipped, mainly international, we may from time to time utilize your local shipping providers.
We cannot control the times and the way the package is handled when in the possession of these carriers.
Damaged Goods In Shipping
Sometimes items may get damaged in shipping. Please contact us if the item is damaged or lost. We will need to see pictures of the items and a good description of the damaged goods so we can work with the shipping carriers to find a solution to the issue.
