Disney World’s Epcot Test Track Ride POV

This was one ride my daughter was most excited to ride. I was less excited as I had some anxiety of if I was going to fit on the ride or not. As you know a common thing Plus size people deal with when visiting any theme park.

I should no better. Like I said before Disney does a great job on accommodating larger guests. I am happy to say that this ride accommodated me with extra room.

You essentially sit in a car and buckle a seat belt. There are three seats per row, six total to a car. But I had no issues and plenty of room and was not cramped.

No Fast Pass Available…

Unfortunately we were unable to score a fast pass when we were at the park. I had chose Frozen when I did my initial fast pass, but we all know the difficultly of getting a fast pass for more than one featured attraction at a time at Epcot.

That did not stop us. We waited toward the end of the night and committed to riding the ride. We had to wait 40 minutes in line. We were lucky it did not break down and cause a longer delay. It felt like it was a little longer than 40 minutes on the wait time with the other things you do like create your car. But it was fine we were not leaving until we rode Test Track.

I Felt Like I Was Hit By A Truck…

This one got me pretty good. Not sure if it was whiplash or what, but I felt like I was hit by a truck when I got off the ride. I was actually down and out for the following two days.

I’m not saying that this beat me up that bad. It did do a job on my as the movement and jerking of the ride did get to me a bit. It was fun though. I do think I picked up something from the park though that put me out of commission for a few days.

That my friend is a friendly reminder to bring hand Sanitizer. Unfortunately I had some but didn’t bring it on that trip and I paid for it.

But to the ride itself. It’s fun and exciting. It will push some G’s and will rock you around a bit, but you have to try it once at least as I said before well worth the ride.
