Universal Studios Orlando’s new Jurassic World Velocicoaster will open in the Summer of 2021
If you have been to Universal Studio’s Orlando in the Island’s of Adventure park over the past year, you may have noticed a lot of construction going on in the Jurassic Park area of the park.
If you did not know what that was going to be, Universal has officially announced the launch date of that new attraction. It’s called the Jurassic World Velocicoaster.
This new Roller Coaster is set to open in the Summer of 2021. Per Universal Studios – “The roller coaster will raise the bar in extreme roller coaster design and become the ultimate experience for coaster enthusiasts and thrill-seekers.

According to Universal Studios, riders will be Florida’s fastest and tallest roller coaster. This new coaster will feature an original story that will feature thrills, dinosaurs, and the original cast of the films.
As a rider, you will embark on a high-speed chase and feel the rush of the hunt while racing alongside a nimble Velociraptor pack.
You will encounter a one-of-a-kind 360 degree barrel roll and a 80 degree drop on the 155 feet hill, which is Universal’s Steepest drop yet.
